Rear Admiral Upper Half Dominik "Hyperion" Schulte is currently the Chief Of Naval Education and Training.

RADM Hyperion has served as Commander Surface Forces, Director Naval Intelligence, Commander Surface Forces 5th Fleet, and has commanded a multitude of surface ships.  The RADM has been awarded the VNAVY Distinguished Service Medal, Virtual meritourious Service Medal, Virtual Navy Commendation Medal (2nd Award), and a multitude of other ribbons and awards.
